GLOBAL SEARCH
The Global Search is located in the top navigation bar. You can search using the All function or refine your search making it easier to locate the information you are looking for.
You can refine your search by selecting one of the following:

Contract Owner

Agents
Once you select the type, start typing your search criteria and results will appear in the drop down.
LIFE POLICY GRID SEARCH
Searching from the policy grid will return results across the entire data set appearing on the page.
Example: Search Kevin and the results will include Policy Owners, Insured, Beneficiaries and Agents named Kevin
Use the column headers as a guide and search by:

ACCESSING THE LIFE POLICY SEARCH:
-
From the left nav, click on Life Policies
-
In the Search bar, enter the Agent's name, or a policy, etc
ANNUITY GRID SEARCH
Searching from the annuity grid will return results across the entire data set appearing on the page.
Example: Search Kevin and the results will include Contract Owners, Annuitants, Beneficiaries and Agents named Kevin
Use the column headers as a guide and search by:

ACCESSING THE ANNUITY SEARCH:

From the left nav, click on Annuities
-
In the Search bar, enter the Agent's name, or a contract, etc
CLIENT SEARCH
Search from the client grid will return results across the entire data set appearing on the page.
Example: Search using Kevin and the results will include Clients and Agents named Kevin
ACCESSING THE CLIENT SEARCH:

From the left nav, click on Clients

In the Search bar, enter the client's name
NETWORK SEARCH
Searching from the Network link on the left navigation menu will enable you to locate firms, offices and Agents in your downline
BOOK OF BUSINESS SEARCH
Searching from any book of business (Distributor, Firm, Office, Sales Manager or Agent) policy grid will return results across the entire in force data set for the book of business.
Search through Life policies, Annuities, Clients and Networks.
Use the column headers as a guide and search by:

ACCESSING THE BOOK OF BUSINESS SEARCH

From the left nav, click on Network
-
In the Search bar, enter the Agent, or Sales Manager, or Office name
-
From Search results, click on the name
-
From the Profile page, click on the Explore tab
LISTS SEARCH
Searching from the Lists grid will return the specific list you are looking for.
Example: Search Term 20 will return all lists with Term 20 in the list name
ACCESSING THE LISTS SEARCH:

From the left nav, click on Lists

In the Search bar, enter the list name
DOCUMENTS SEARCH
Searching from the Documents grid will return results across the entire set of documents.
Example: Search commissions and the results will include all documents with commissions in the document name
